- No tax identification numbers
- No legal names or full addresses
- No dates of birth or documents
- No earnings or account credentials
Select your platforms
Choose every platform you want in the checklist. “Other platform” provides a generic verification flow.
Where is the payee based?
Select a country to find the closest official starting points. This does not determine tax residence.
More countries can be added without changing the checklist flow.
Who receives the platform payout?
Choose only what you already know. The guide does not classify a business or entity.
Do you already know the payee's U.S. tax status?
This is a self-reported category, not a residency test. Choose “I am not sure” if there is any doubt.

Creator Tax Form Guide is a privacy-first preparation tool for payout onboarding on TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Meta, X, Substack, Spotify, Apple, Google Play, and other platforms. It turns a few broad selections into a checklist of facts and official sources to verify before opening a platform's secure tax workflow.
The guide never asks for a tax identification number, legal name, address, document, earnings, or login details. It does not select a form, determine tax residence or entity status, assess treaty eligibility, calculate withholding, or validate an answer. Those decisions remain with the platform, the relevant authority, and qualified professionals.
How to use
Select platforms
Choose every creator platform whose payout onboarding you want to prepare for.
Choose broad categories
Select a location group, payee type, and only the U.S. tax-status category you already know. Choose 'I am not sure' when uncertain.
Review the checklist
Read the platform checkpoints and open the linked official platform and tax-authority sources.
Verify in the secure flow
Enter sensitive information only in the platform's authenticated account flow. Copy or print the local checklist for reference.
Use cases
Preparing for first payout onboarding
Gather official references and identify unanswered questions before opening a platform's tax interview.
Reviewing multiple creator accounts
Create one consistent verification checklist across several monetization platforms without storing sensitive details.
Avoiding unsafe requests
Distinguish official authenticated workflows from DMs, comments, or unsolicited messages asking for tax information.
