These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DevTools, a collection of free web-based developer tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

DevTools provides 70+ free web-based tools for developers, including but not limited to:

• Text & Code Tools: JSON formatters, diff checkers, case converters
• Converters: Base64, URL encoding, YAML to TOML, color converters
• Generators: UUID, hash, cron expressions, dummy avatars
• Security Tools: Hash generators, SSL certificate checker, TOTP generator
• Media Tools: EXIF viewer & cleaner, image compressor, SVG optimizer
• Developer Tools: Git commit builder, Dockerfile generator, HTTP request builder

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results or output generated by our tools.

Tool-Specific Disclaimers

Certain tools carry specific limitations:

• Hash Tools: MD5 and SHA-1 are cryptographically broken. Use SHA-256 or higher for security purposes.
• EXIF Cleaner: While we make every effort to remove metadata, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all hidden data.
• Generator Tools: Output values (UUIDs, hashes, etc.) are generated locally and not tracked or guaranteed to be unique.
• SSL/Security Tools: Results are for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for security decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our tools.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Any content you input into our tools and how you use the output
• Verifying results before using them in production environments
• Not using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Protecting your own data and not inputting sensitive information

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you input into our tools. The output generated by our tools is provided to you freely, and you may use it as you see fit.

The DevTools website, design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any tool or feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
