How do I play Memory Match?

Tap any two face-down cards per turn. If the faces match they stay revealed; if not, both flip back. Remember positions and match every pair — each two-card turn counts as one move, and the timer starts on your first flip.

What are the grid sizes and themes?

Three sizes: 4×3 (6 pairs), the classic 4×4 (8 pairs) and 6×6 (18 pairs). Three themes — fruits, animals, symbols — change the card faces. Each grid size tracks its own best result independently.

How do I earn three stars?

Clear the board in roughly one-and-a-half moves per pair: 12 moves on 4×4 earns three stars, 16 moves earns two. Fewer moves always beats a faster time when comparing runs.

Does the timer keep running in a background tab?

No. The clock accrues only while the page is visible and each update is capped, so switching tabs or locking your phone never inflates your recorded time.

Where are my best results stored?

In your browser's local storage — best moves and time per grid size, your theme and a play counter. No account is involved; "Reset saved data" removes everything immediately.
